The journey of “TRADEDEAL” began way back in 2000 at a time when the Idea of an “online trading firm” wasn’t even in the minds of the owners. The Journey began with two visionaries Viz. Mr. Nimesh Vora and Mr. Alpesh vora under the guidance of their Uncle Mr. Harshad Mehta, getting into the trading community as traders/investors in the year 2000. During their trading journey as “clients”, they came across various clientele level problems and felt that the services that were offered by the broking firms differ from the expectations of the clients. The two brothers decided to financially educate themselves and learn everything that the trading community had to offer. They traded for approximately 5 years; learnt the trading methodology, its loopholes and conducted a thorough research on the problems faced by the clients. In 5 years time, the brothers were now professionals at the trading business and were ready to take on the business.
In 2005, the share market was expected to be bearish as the sensex was already around 6000 Pts and was expected to go no further than the current level. The duo had other views, they had envisioned the share market to peak and break all the notions. Against all odds, the duo decided to get into the trading market as a service provider and became sub-brokers. Little did they know that their vision of sensex peaking would eventually turn real and it sure did! The duo entered as sub-brokers under the Banner “Ashthavinayak Stock Broking Pvt Ltd” with an objective to change the way trade is done and to solve the problems they encountered as clients. Unfortunately, the restrictions laid by the broking firm didn’t allow them to work in an unconventional way and they ended up working like a traditional broking firm offering services that didn’t particularly solve the clientele level issues. The duo decided to continue with the sub-broking firm and gain necessary insights and experience needed to start a full-fledged firm. They focused mainly on the HNIs (High Net-worth Investors), over a period of time they earned the reputation of being “EXPERTS” in handling HNIs.
In 2011, the duo was confident enough to work on their vision of creating a firm that actually caters to the needs of the clients. The duo came in touch with a passionate IT professional, Mr. Kamlesh Joshi who was looking to enter the broking community. With a mission to provide effective trading solutions and bridge the gap between the investor’s expectations & the services provided, “Asthavinayak Stock broking Pvt. Ltd.” was converted into a full-fledged trading firm. Over time, they became the members of BSE, NSE, MCX, MCXSX, NCDEX, DP:CDSL. The basic aim was to function in a way that satisfies the customers and create a situation where in both the investor as well as the broker earns. The broking venture was an immediate success, attracting a lot of HNIs and investors. The trio constantly worked on strategies that can be implemented to provide a platform that can be transparent, cost-saving and customer oriented.
“Change is the rule of life” and the visionaries always looked to change things that can create an effective and efficient environment for trade. The trio had a vision of a trading environment that is completely automated and free from prejudices and selfish human interferences. The Digital India campaign started by our beloved Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi gave an Idea of creating a Virtual broking firm. The combination of market expertise of the brothers and the technological prowess of Mr. Joshi led to the inception of the online Venture “TRADEDEAL”, first of his Kind in Gujarat. The visionaries aimed to create a masterpiece that brings trade at the finger-tips of the customers; whilst providing a trading platform that is cost-effective, transparent, intuitive and one that gives complete control to the customer.
